幼少期について教えて下さい

幼少期はカリフォルニアのサンディエゴで過ごしました。 帰国後は日本の幼稚園に入園したのですが、日本語がわからなかったので、よく一人で遊んでいました。 日本語はテレビで学びました。 その影響もあって、昔の有名人や歌にやたら詳しいんです（笑）。 年上の方との会話の時、昔の知識が役立っていますね。

Please tell me about your childhood.

I spent my childhood in San Diego, California. After returning to Japan, I entered a Japanese kindergarten, but since I didn't understand Japanese, I often played alone. I learned Japanese from watching TV. Because of that, I know a lot about old celebrities and songs. This knowledge comes in handy when talking with older people.

モデルを職業にした理由は

4歳の時スカウトされました。 当初は撮影が苦手でした。 ただ、幼少期からバレエをやっていた事もあり、表現することは好きでした。 高校時代ヘアレンジやメイクにハマって、そこからファッションにも興味が沸きました。 仕事を続けていくうちに、いつもとは違う自分を発見する楽しさに気づいたんです。 今ではモデルをしている時が一番自分らしくいられる程、モデル活動が好きです。

What made you choose modeling as a profession?

I was scouted when I was four years old. At first, I wasn't comfortable with photo shoots. However, since I had been doing ballet since childhood, I loved expressing myself. In high school, I got into hairstyling and makeup, which sparked my interest in fashion. As I continued working, I realized the joy of discovering different sides of myself. Now, I love modeling so much that I feel most like myself when I’m doing it.

ファッション撮影時に大事にしている事

初心を忘れないようにしています。 神頼みじゃないけど、「この商品、売れますように」って思いながら取り組んでいます。 出来る限りスタッフと同じ目線でいたいので、現場では会話を沢山する様に心掛けています。

What is important to you during fashion shoots?

I try not to forget my initial enthusiasm. It's not exactly praying, but I work with the thought, "I hope this product sells well." I strive to stay on the same level as the staff, so I make an effort to have plenty of conversations on set.

どんな話をするのですか

現場にもよりますが、プライベートな事も話します。 「るなちゃん、意外と喋るんだね」と言われる事もしばしば（笑）。 仕事は人と人とが関わり合うものなので、コミュニケーションが一番大事だと思っています。

What do you talk about?

It depends on the shoot, but we sometimes talk about personal matters. I often get comments like, "Wow, you talk a lot, Luna!". Since work involves interacting with people, I believe communication is the most important thing.

これまでに印象に残った撮影は

「SONY」のムービー撮影です。 長丁場でしたが集中を切らさず、試行錯誤しながらも撮影に挑めました。

Which shoot has left the most impression on you so far?

The most memorable shoot I've had so far was a movie shoot for SONY. It was a long shoot, but I was able to stay focused throughout and approached the filming with determination, despite the challenges we faced.

地元の祖母は、私が出演した作品を見ると凄く喜んでくれます。 これからも応援してくれる方達に喜んでもらえるように全力で取り組みたいと思います。 応援よろしくお願いします。

To my local grandmother, seeing me in a film brings her immense joy. I want to continue to work with all my might so that those who support me will continue to be happy. Thank you for your support.
