モデルを始めたきっかけを教えて下さい

大学時代、表参道でサロンモデルにスカウトされたのがきっかけです。 以前から興味があったので迷う事なく始めました。

What made you enter the modeling industry?

I was scouted to be a salon model on Omotesando during my university days. Since I had been interested in modeling for a while, I started without hesitation.

迷わなかったんですね

就職活動もしたんですけど、「やりたい事を仕事にしよう」と思いました。 将来どうなるかわからなかったけど、とにかく挑戦したくて。

So you didn't hesitate?

I did job hunting as well, but I thought, "I want to turn what I love into my job." I didn't know what the future held, but I just wanted to challenge myself.

やりがいを感じる瞬間はどんな時ですか

仕事が作品として残るのは醍醐味ですね。 以前、川崎の商業施設とフィットネスクラブの広告が同じタイミングで公開されたんです。 その時、友人達が沢山連絡をくれました。 照れくさかったけれど嬉しかったですね。

When do you feel the most fulfilled in your work?

The best part is having my work remain as a piece of art. Once, advertisements for a commercial facility in Kawasaki and a fitness club were released at the same time. My friends contacted me a lot then. It was a bit embarrassing but also made me really happy.

現場で気をつけている事はありますか

大勢のスタッフの中、自分もその一員として責任を持って仕事をする事です。 お互い気持ち良く撮影する為に、積極的にコミュニケーションをとる様にしています。 クライアントの意向をきちんと汲み取って、それを表現するのが大切なのではないでしょうか。

Is there anything you pay special attention to on set?

It's important to take responsibility and work as part of the team among many staff members. To ensure a smooth and pleasant shoot, I actively communicate with everyone. Understanding and expressing the client's intentions is crucial.

体型維持の秘訣を教えて下さい

和食を中心に自炊を心掛けています。 ご飯、味噌汁、おかずといった「定番の和食」が好きなので、自然とバランスの良い食生活ができているのかも。 あとは、パーソナルトレーニングでベストな体型を目指しています。 何事も継続する事が大切だと思います。

What’s your secret to maintaining your physique?

I try to cook mainly Japanese food. I love the classic Japanese meals like rice, miso soup, and side dishes, which naturally helps me maintain a balanced diet. Besides that, I aim for the best body shape through personal training. Consistency is key in everything.

継続できるところにプロ意識を感じます

まだまだです。以前は継続が苦手でしたが、ある時から習慣化に成功しました。 ストレッチと英語を毎日続けてみたら上手く行ったので自信がついたんです。

I sense a professional attitude in your ability to keep things going.

I'm still working on it. I used to struggle with consistency, but at some point, I managed to make it a habit. When I continued stretching and studying English every day, it worked out well and boosted my confidence.

英語も勉強しているんですね

英語を話せた方が生活が豊かになるかなと。 最近オンラインレッスンも始めました。洋画を字幕なしで観れるくらい上達したいですね。

You're studying English too?

I thought speaking English would enrich my life. I recently started online lessons. I'd like to get good enough to watch Western movies without subtitles.

話は変わりますが、肌も凄く綺麗ですね

ありがとうございます。スキンケアは心地重視で気分によって変えています。 長野出身なので、冬場の湿気の多い寒さに耐えてきた影響もあるかも知れません。

Changing the subject, your skin is also very beautiful.

Thank you. I prioritize comfort in my skincare routine and change it depending on my mood. Being from Nagano, I might have gotten used to the cold, humid winters there, which could have influenced my skin.

お勧めのファッションブランドは

「Irene」や「AURALEE」等、シンプルで洗練されたデザインに惹かれます。 それと、体型にあった服を選びたいのでサイズ感を大切にしています。 店舗で店員さんと会話をしながら購入するのが好きです。

Do you have any favorite fashion brands?

I’m drawn to simple and sophisticated designs like those from "Irene" and "AURALEE." I also prioritize finding clothes that fit my body well. I enjoy talking to store staff while shopping in-store.

店員とどんな話をしますか

デザイナーがどんなコンセプトで、どういうプロセスで製作したのかを聞けると楽しいです。 話を伺った方がより服に愛着をもてます。 大切な物だけを手元に残す事でエコにも繋がるし。

What do you talk about with the store staff?

It's fun to hear about the designer's concepts and the process behind creating the clothes. Knowing these stories makes me more attached to the clothes. Keeping only cherished items is also eco-friendly.

リスペクトする人はいますか

周囲の目を気にせず、自分のスタイルがある人は性別関係なく素敵です。 派手なオーラを放つより、自然体で芯をもった女性に憧れます。

Is there anyone you respect?

I admire people who have their own style and don't worry about others' opinions, regardless of gender. I look up to women who are naturally themselves and have a strong core rather than those with a flashy aura.

最後に今後の目標をどうぞ

ファッション誌やCMを通じて多くの方の目に止まる事です。 NMT inc.のマネージャーは些細な事も相談できるので、一緒にクリアしていきたいです。 私はモデルが凄く好きなので、自然と日常と仕事が繋がっているんです。 美容や食事も自分が楽しいからやっています。 最近始めた事も含め、継続する事で自分の個性にリンクしたら最高ですね。

Lastly, what are your future goals?

I want to catch the attention of many people through fashion magazines and commercials. The managers at NMT inc. are approachable, even for minor consultations, so I want to overcome challenges together. I really love being a model, so my daily life and work are naturally connected. I enjoy taking care of my beauty and diet because it makes me happy. If I can integrate what I've recently started into my routine and link it to my personality, that would be the best.
