モデルを始めたきっかけを教えて下さい

地元の広島で開催されたファッションショーに行った際スカウトされました。 元々ファッション系の仕事に興味があったのですが、高校生の時にファッション誌の撮影をした際「モデルを職業にしよう」と決めました。

What prompted you to start modeling?

I was scouted when I attended a fashion show held in my hometown of Hiroshima. I had always been interested in fashion-related work, but it was when I did a photo shoot for a fashion magazine in high school that I decided to make modeling my profession.

事務所に所属して良かった事は何ですか

私は高校卒業後すぐに上京しました。マネージャーは業界の事は勿論、一般常識も教えてくれます。 仕事だけではなく、人としての成長も見守ってくれる環境は本当にありがたいです。

What are some good things about being affiliated with an agency?

I moved to Tokyo immediately after graduating from high school. My manager not only teaches me about the industry but also about general knowledge. It's truly appreciated to be in an environment where they not only support my work but also oversee my personal growth.

モデルとして意識している事は

自分の意志を持ちつつ、周囲の意見もきちんと取り入れるよう心掛けています。 人それぞれ良いと思うものは違うから、それを理解する為にも積極的にコミュニケーションを図ります。

What do you consciously think about as a model?

I strive to maintain my own will while also taking into account the opinions of those around me. Since what each person considers good differs, I actively communicate to understand that.

影響を受けた人はいますか

沢山いますね。明確な意志をもって行動できる人に惹かれるし、自分もそんな人になりたいんです。 本当に美しい人は、見た目だけでなく、一つひとつの言動が丁寧で凛としていますよね。 内面の美しさも大切だと実感しています。

Are there any people who have influenced you?

There are many. I'm drawn to people who can act with clear intent, and I want to be like that too. Truly beautiful people are not only visually appealing but also have polite and dignified behavior. I realize that inner beauty is also important.

どんな撮影が印象に残りますか

新たな発見が出来た撮影は印象に残ります。 先日作品撮りをした時、私とクリエイターのセレクトが全然違いました。 自分が良いと思っているものを他人が求めているとは限らない。 それもこの仕事ならではの面白さと感じています。

What kind of photo shoots leave an impression on you?

Photo shoots where I make new discoveries leave an impression. During a recent shoot, the selections made by me and the creator were completely different. Just because I think something is good doesn't mean others are seeking it. I find that to be one of the interesting aspects of this job.

やり甲斐を感じるのはどんな時ですか

昔からファッション誌が好きだったので、憧れの雑誌に出演した時は嬉しかったです。 雑誌は紙の質感も好きですし、視覚的にインパクトがあるのが良いんですよね。 掲載される事で読者と繋がっている感じがするのも醍醐味です。

When do you feel fulfilled?

I've always loved fashion magazines, so I was happy when I appeared in a magazine I admired. I like the texture of paper magazines and the visual impact they have. It's also rewarding to feel connected with readers through being featured.

どんな時に楽しいと感じますか

結構、毎日楽しい（笑）。 知る事や進化が好きなんです。 例えば、同じ料理を何度も作って一番美味しいレシピを考えたりします。 豆腐とアボカドのティラミス風を3日連続で研究したり（笑）。 感覚で遊ぶのは最高に面白いですね。

When do you feel happy?

Quite often, actually. I enjoy learning new things and evolving. For example, I repeatedly make the same dish to come up with the best recipe. I've been researching a tofu and avocado tiramisu-style dish for three days in a row. Playing with senses is incredibly fun.

今興味がある事は何ですか

日常を心地良く過ごすにはどうしたら良いか常に考えています。 心身共に健康でいる事は仕事上で大切ですよね。 興味がある事を追求して行けば自然と個性の一部になると思います。

What are you currently interested in?

I'm constantly thinking about how to live daily life comfortably. It's important for both physical and mental health, which is crucial for work. I think pursuing interests naturally becomes part of one's personality.

最後に今後のビジョンをお願いします

作品により様々な表情を魅せられるモデルになるのが目標です。 新しい価値観を取り入れる事で、厚みのあるモデルにもなりたい。 広い視野で物事を考えられる様に、沢山の経験を積みたいとも思っています。 その中で自分にハマるものを選択し、皆さんに発信したいと思います。

Finally, could you share your future vision?

My goal is to become a model who can express various expressions through my work. By incorporating new perspectives, I also want to become a model with depth. I want to accumulate a lot of experience to be able to think about things from a broad perspective. In doing so, I'll choose what suits me best and share it with everyone.
